You’ll build strength, and muscle along the way while simultaneously shedding body fat. As a beginner, you’re at an advantage—you’ll learn how to effectively recomp your body through proper nutrition and training, all while developing new habits, setting achievable goals, and staying disciplined to ensure continuous progress.
I’ll provide video instructions to help you maintain proper form, along with detailed guidance on tempo, reps, and sets to complete your daily workouts successfully.
In addition to everything mentioned, you’ll also gain access to my private Instagram community, a supportive and non-judgmental space where members can share videos for form checks and technique advice. You’ll receive full support both within the group and one-on-one.
